| 摘 要： | 目的探讨膀胱腺癌的诊断及治疗。方法回顾性分析我院1999年～2007年14例膀胱腺癌患者的不同治疗方式及预后。结果14例中膀胱部分切除术4例,2例行TuRBt术,6例行根治性膀胱全切除加尿流改道,姑息性尿流改道2例。结论膀胱腺癌恶性程度高,转移早,治疗过程中应采取积极的态度,尽早行根治性膀胱全切术,术后辅助放化疗,有利于减少肿瘤复发,提高患者生存时间。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of bladder adenocarcinoma. Methods 14 cases of adenocarcinoma of bladder were treated from 1999 to 2007. They were treated with partial cystectomy and TuRBt or received radical cystectomy. Results 4 of 14 under went partial cystectomy. 2 TuRBt 6 radical cystectomy and 2by palliative urine diversion. Conclusion Only radical cystectomy aided the rapy and chemotherapy can improve the survival time for patients. |
