| 摘 要： | 科研绩效评价是科研管理的重要内容，在高等院校科研管理中引入绩效评价体系，客观、准确、及时地对科研人员的科研业绩进行评价，对进一步促进高校科研创新，提高科研管理效益，提升科研水平具有一定的现实意义。文章主要介绍军队院校科研绩效评价指标体系的构建原则、评价体系指标量化标准的制订、在实际工作中的应用及效果。
