| 摘 要： | 目的从新疆紫草中提取多糖,并测定其含量。方法运用超声技术用水提醇沉法提取紫草多糖,用酚-硫酸比色法测定多糖含量。结果多糖含量2.267%,平均回收率为100.8%,RSD=0.48%(n=6)。结论运用超声技术从紫草中提取出多糖,反应速度加快,收率提高。 |

| Abstract: | Objective Polysaccharides was extracted from Arnebia euchroma(Royle)Johnst by Ultrasonic method,and the content was determined.MethodsPolysaccharides was extracted by Ultrasonic method,and the content was determined by spectrophotometer.ResultsThe polysaccharides content of Arnebia euchroma(Royle)Johnst is 2.267%,recovery rate is 100.8%.ConclusionExtract polysaccharides by Ultrasonic method,Ultrasonic technology is a good method for polysaccharides of Rheum wittrochii L. |
