| 摘 要： | 目的：比较正电子发射计算机断层显像（PET）和CDFI在实质脏器肿瘤HIFU疗效判断中的作用。方法：30例中晚期实质脏器肿瘤经HIFU治疗后，分别行PET检查和CDFI前后对照检查，其中8例患者HIFU后行穿刺活检。结果：CDFI对照检查结果和PET检查结果基本一致。结论：PET和CDFI均可用来判断实质脏器肿瘤HIFU疗效。PET较为准确但费用昂贵，CDFI简单易行，值得推广。 |

Research of PET and CDFIin Evaluationg the Effect of HIFU for Solid Visceral Tumors |

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the role of PET and CDFI in evaluating the effect of HIFU for solid visceral tumors.Methods:PET was performed for 30 cases with advanced solid visceral tumors treated by HIFU,CDFI was arranged for all patients before and after HIFU,and biopsy was implemented for 8 patients after HIFU.Results:The results of CDFI corresponded to those of PET basically.Conclusions:Both PET and CDFI may be a method useful for evaluating the effect of HIFU for solid visceral tumors.PET is more accurate and expensive than CDFI,while CDFI which is simpler and more convenient will be populary used. |
