| 摘 要： | 目的：观察复方甘草酸苷治疗急性湿疹的疗效及安全性。方法：用复方甘草酸苷治疗急性湿疹并与甲氰咪胍做对照，观察其疗效及副作用，并进行统计学分析。结果：治疗组总有效率为92．64％，对照组有效率为75．38％，两组间差异有统计学意义（X^2=7．45，P〈0．01）。结论：复方甘草酸苷治疗急性湿疹疗效可靠，治疗安全。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect and safety of compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of acute eczema. Method The effect and side effect of treating acute eczema with compound glycyrrhizin were compared with citidine, and statistical analysis was performed. Results The effect rate of the treatment group was 92.64% and that of the contrast group was 75.38%. Significant difference was seen through chi-square test (χ2=7.45,P<0.01). Conclusion Treating acute eczema with compound glycyrrhizin shows good effect and safety. |
