电穿孔结合苦参素注射液对胰腺癌裸鼠BxPC-3细胞凋亡的影响

摘    要:目的观察电穿孔结合苦参素对胰腺癌裸鼠BxPC-3细胞凋亡的影响。方法2008年3月至2008年9月.用胰腺癌BxPC-3细胞系建立胰腺癌裸鼠移植瘤模型,随机分为电穿孔结合苦参素组(B+E+)、苦参素组(B+E-)、电穿孔组(B—E+)和阴性对照组(B—E-),采用原位末端标记法分别观察各组胰腺癌裸鼠的细胞凋亡率。结果在电穿孔和苦参素的共同作用下,胰腺癌裸鼠的细胞呈凋亡改变,且电穿孔结合苦参素组的细胞凋亡率明显高于其他3组。结论电穿孔结合苦参素可以有效抑制胰腺癌细胞的增殖,提高胰腺癌细胞的凋亡率。

Abstract:Objective To observe effect of combination of electroporation and Kushenin injection on cell apoptosis of BxPC - 3 in Nude Mice with pancreatic cancer. Methbds Between March 2008 and September 2008, nude mice model of pancreatic cancer was made with pancreatic cancer cell BxPC - 3 and were divided into four groups : ( B + E + ) , ( B + E - ) , ( B - E + ) , and ( B - E - ). TUNNEL method was used to observe apoptosis index of each group. Results Under effect of combination of electroporation and Kushenin injection, pancreatic cancer in nude mice showed apoptosis, and apoptosis index of this group was much higher than rest three groups. Conclusion Combination of eleetroporation and Kushenin injection can effectively inhibit proliferation of cancer cells and increase apoptosis rate.
