| 摘 要： | 为解决长期困扰医院的医疗输送问题，更好地为临床一线服务，医院对原有的医疗输送模式进行了改革。将原来的分散管理、分散工作的输送模式改为集中管理、集中工作的模式、建立了“医疗输送中心”，并确定了输送模式。2年多来“医疗输送中心”运行的经验表明，医疗输送新模式使医院的医疗输送达到“以病人为中心，服务为宗旨、满意为目标”的目的。

| Abstract: | With a view of solving the medica l tra nsportation problem,which had been perplexing our hospit al for a long ti me ,we rebuilt our transportation patte rn two years ago.We have established a Medical Transportation Center.Th e new system,turning from the decentralized management and operation to centralized management and operation,provides a be tter service to clinic matters.The 2years'successful operation of the new sys t em demonstrates that Medical Trans-portation Center can help us to hit ou r t arget ,which requests us to provide the patients with high quality and satisfyi n g service. |
