| 摘 要： | 湖南洞庭湖滩上的东方田鼠,是已知啮齿动物中唯一对日本血吸虫感染有颉抗作用的野生鼠类。本研究对该鼠在实验室内饲养特性进行观察,说明可以用普通饲养仓鼠的方法饲养繁育成功。通过人工感染日本血吸虫尾蚴证明,不论是接触过疫水的野生田鼠,或实验室内繁殖的未接触过疫水的第二代田鼠,均有抗感染现象。

| Abstract: | Orient Hamster, Microtus fortis, is a wild rodent inhabited around DongtingLake, Hunan Province. It was the only one species of rodents which resisted Schisto-soma japanica infestation. Our work reveals that this hamster can raising and reproducein the laboratory circumstance and either the captive wild Orient Hamster or the labo-ratory raised ones do have some characters of anti-Schistosoma infestation phenomenon. |
