摘    要:目的建立高效液相色谱法测定四环素眼膏中四环素的含量。方法采用BDS C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以0.05mol·L^-1草酸铵溶液-二甲基甲酰胺-磷酸氢二铵(75:20:5)为流动相,检测波长为280nm,流速为1.0ml·min^-1。结果四环素的峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系,线性范围为0.01—0.25g·L^-1,回归方程:Y=2.14×10^7X+1.46×10^4,r=0.9999,n=7。平均回收率为99.5%,RSD=0.72%。分析方法精密度RSD=1.15%(n=5)。结论该方法简便、快速、准确。

Abstract:Aim To establish a HPLC method for the determination of ointment eye tetracycline. Methods BDS C18 was used. The mobile phase consisted of Ammonium oxalate solution, dimethylformamide solution and diammonium hydrogen phosphate solution (75:20: 5, v/v). The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1, and the detection wavelength was set at 280 nm. Results The calibration carve was linear within the range of 0.01 and 0.25 g·L^-1 for the tetracycline,and the regression equation was Y=2.14×10^7X + 1.46×10^4 ,r =0. 999 9 ,n = 7. The average recovery rate was 99.5%, and RSD was 0.72%. The method precision RSD was 1.15% ( n = 5 ). Conclusion The method was rapid, simple and accurate.
