系统性红斑狼疮胸部病变30例的X线表现

目的:分析系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus SLE)胸部病变的X线表现,以提高对其认识.方法:回顾30例经临床确诊的SLE有胸部病变患者的胸部平片所见.结果:其中15例肺部有实变,10例表现两肺呈间质性改变,另5例表现两肺纹理增强紊乱,两肺门影增大、增浓.同时出现胸腔积液16例,心包积液6例.结论:SLE较其它结缔组织疾病更易犯胸部,胸片是分析SLE胸部病变的基础.SLE肺部病变缺乏特征性,必须与SLE合并肺部细茵感染、结核等疾病鉴别.

X-ray show of pathological changes in chest of systematic lupus erythematosus

Objective To analyse X-ray images of pathological changes in chest of systematic lupus erythematosus (SLE), so as to understand it well. Methods To review the X-ray of chest of patients with SLE. Results 15 cases had shadows in lungs and one case had in thoracic cavity. 10 cases had intermittent changes in lungs plus hydropericardium. Another 5 case showed disorder in veins and shadows growed thicker with effusion hydrops in thoracic cavity. Conclusion SLE often occurs in chest and X-ray is the basic method to analyse pathological changes in chest of SLE. Pathological changes in lungs of SLE has no characteristics and must be identified with other diseases such as infection, tuberculosis and etc.
