流动人口和本居人口孕产妇572例妊娠结局研究

目的 :探讨流动人口及本居人口中住院分娩的孕产妇妊娠结局。方法 :选择 2 0 0 3年全年在我院产科住院分娩的孕产妇 5 72例 ,对发生贫血、低体重儿、脐带异常、早产、过期产、糖耐量减低糖尿病、畸形儿、窒息和围产检查次数进行分析。结果 :流动人口与本居人口住院孕产妇妊娠结局相比较 ,除糖尿病糖耐量减低人数低于后者外 ,其它均明显高于后者 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,围产检查次数流动人口低于本居人口 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,剖宫产率流动人口明显低于本居人口 ( P<0 .0 1) ,流动人口孕产妇中发生围生胎儿死亡、重度妊高征、急产、胎盘早剥、胎膜早破及分娩之前未行乙型肝炎表面抗原检验者均高于本居人口孕产妇。结论 :外来流动人口是妇幼保健工作的薄弱环节 ,流动人口中孕产妇的围生期管理亟待加强

Study on 572 Cases of Pregnant Women' Obstetric Outcome among Transient Population and Local Population

Objective:To explore the obstetric outcome of pregnant women who delivered in hospital among transient population and local population.Methods:Obstetric outcome of 572 pregnancies who delivered in our hospital in 2003 were selected to analyze anemia, low birth weight, abnormal umbilical cord, pre mature delivery, post term delivery, OGTT abnormal, oaf, suffocate, and times of antenatal care. Results:The occurrences of anemia, low birth weight, abnormal umbilical cord, premature delivery, post term delivery, oaf, suffocate, but OGTT abnormal and cesarean section, were more in transient pregnancies than in local pregnancies (P<0.05).Times of antenatal care in the former was lower than in the latter(P<0.05).Compared with local pregnancies,transient pregnancies showed more perinatal fetus mortality rate, severe PIH, urgent delivery, placenta previa, preterm rupture of membrane, HBsAg unch ecked.Conclusion:The management of foreigner transient population was weak in women and child's health care, and the perinatal management of transient pregnancies was urgent to strengthen.
