温胆汤对高脂血症大鼠血脂的影响

目的研究温胆汤对高脂血症大鼠的防治作用。方法取Wister大鼠50只,体重180~200 g,适应性饲养1周,随机分为5组,即空白对照组、模型对照组、温胆汤组、血脂康组、辛伐他汀组。除空白对照组喂基础饲料外,其余各组均采用高脂乳剂灌饲方式建立大鼠高脂血症模型,喂养10日后眼球取血,测得受试动物血清中总胆固醇(TC)、总甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)显著升高,说明高脂血症模型复制成功。30日后,运用药理学方法,观察温胆汤对高脂血症成年大鼠血清中TC、TG、LDL-C、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量的影响,并与西药辛伐他汀、中成药血脂康进行比较。结果温胆汤能显著降低实验性高脂血症大鼠血中的TC、TG、LDL-C,升高血中的HDL-C,且疗效优于血脂康。结论温胆汤能有效调节机体脂质代谢,预防和治疗高脂血症引起的疾病,对脂肪肝、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、动脉粥样硬化的有一定应用价值。

Effect of Wendan decoction on lipid metabolism in hyperlipidemic adult rats

Objective To study the effect of Wendan decoction on blood-lipid of hyperlipidemia rats.Methods: Fifty Wister rats that weight about 180-200g are divided into five groups on their weight after they were raised one week adaptively,control group,model control group,Wendan decoction group,Xuezhikang capsule group and Simvastatin Tablets group.Control group is fed by normal feeder,the other four groups are established by douched high fat emulsion continuously for 10 days,blood serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C),advanced significantly,which means the model was made successfully.Compared with Simvastatin Tablets and the capsule of Xuezhikang,the effects of Wendan decoction on serum triglycerides(TG),serum total cholesterol(TC),serum LDL-C and serum HDL-C in adult rats with chronic hyperlipidem were observed after 30 dates.Result: By using pharmacological method,the results revealed that Wendan decoction could effectively reduce serum of TC,TG,LDL-C levels in the rats with chronic hyperlidemia,it has raisen the concents of blood HDL-C and its function was more effective than the capsule of Xuezhikang.Conclusion: Wendan decoction effectively regulates the lipid metabbolism,prevent and treat the hyperlipidemia-induced diseases.It is applicable to adiposis hepatica,coronary heart disease(CHD),scleratheroma.
