带足三叶皮瓣的第二趾移植修复手指毁损伤

目的 探讨伴有手掌、手背皮肤缺损的手指毁损伤的手指再造方法。方法 应用带足三叶皮瓣的第二趾修复9例伴有手掌、手背皮肤缺损的手指毁损伤，其中第二趾再造手指，三叶皮瓣修复手掌、手背皮肤缺损。结果 再造指及皮瓣全部成活，经过术后半年～2年随访，优6例，良2例，中1例，优良率89％。结论 带足三叶皮瓣的第二趾是修复伴有手掌、手背皮肤缺损的手指毁损伤的理想方法。

Grafting second-toe with three-leaf flap of foot to repair damaged fingers

Objective To search for the reconstruction methods of damaged fingers accompanying defect of the palm and dorum of hand. Methods We repaired 9 cases with damaged fingers accompanying defect of the pahm and dorum of hand emergently by using second-toe with three-leaf flap of foot; and reconstructed finger with second-toe, repaired defect skin with three-leaf flap. Results All the reconstructed fingers and flaps survived. 6 cases were excellent,2 good, 1 moderate at the followingup for half to two years, the rate of excellent and good was 89%.Conclusion It is an ideal method by using second-toe with three-leaf flap of foot to repair damaged fingers accompanying defect of the palm and dorum of hand.
