贵阳市孕妇夫妇血红蛋白的调查研究

目的 :对贵阳市 15 3对孕妇夫妇的血红蛋白进行测定 ,早发现、早治疗妊娠期贫血 ,提高围产期保健 ,为优生优育创造条件。方法 :采用氰化高铁血红蛋白法。结果 :妊娠早期、中期、晚期的血红蛋白 (Hb)均值分别为 136 .92 g/L ,130 .95 g/L ,12 6 .2 4g/L ;汉族孕妇Hb均值为 132 .15 g/L ,少数民族孕妇Hb均值为 12 6 .34 g/L ;15 3例孕妇中Hb <10 0 g/L的有 4例 ,占 2 .5 % ;配偶的Hb均值为 16 7.32 g/L ,Hb <12 0g/L的仅 1例 ,孕妇贫血率较WHO所调查的孕妇贫血率 (5 0 % )低。结论 :孕妇定期、常规检查Hb含量 ,发现贫血即给予治疗 ,对降低孕妇和围产儿死亡有重要意义。

Study on Hemoglobin of Pregmant Women and Their Husbands in Guiyang

Objective: Hemoglobin was examined in 152 pairs of pregnant wives and husbands in Guiyang. Early finding out and treating anemia during pregnancy can create conditions for quality delivery and nurture. Methods: Hemiglobingcyanide method was employed. Results: Hb value in early, middle, and late stages are 136.92 g/L, 130.95 g/L, 126.24 g/L, respectively. Hb mean value of Han pregnant women is 132.15 g/L, while that of ethnic women is 126.92 g/L. There are four pregnant women whose Hb mean value is less than 100 g/L in 153 cases of pregnant women (accounting for 2.5%). Hb mean value of their husbands is 167.32 g/L; there is only one whose Hb value is less than 120 g/L. The rate of anemia of pregnant women is lower than that of the WHO investigation. Conclusion: In order to find out and treat anemia, a routine examination of Hb mean values of pregnant women can help reduce the mortality rate of pregnant women and their perinatal infants
