| 摘 要： | 目的建立盐酸左氧氟沙星片的溶出度测定方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定盐酸左氧氟沙星片的溶出度，测定波长为293nm。结果盐酸左氧氟沙星质量浓度在2．0～20．0μg／mL范围内与吸收度线性关系良好，r=0．9997（n=6），平均回收率为98．5％，RSD=0．6％（n=6）。结论该方法灵敏、可靠、重现性好，可用于盐酸左氧氟沙星片的溶出度测定。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for determining the dissolution of Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Tablets. Methods The dissolution of Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Tablets was determined by ultraviolet visible speetrophotometry, the wavelength was at 293 nm. Results Levo- floxaein Hydroehloride Tablets presented a good linear relationship within the range of 2.0-20. 0 μg/mL, r =0. 999 7（ n =6）, the average recovery rate of levofloxacin hydrochloride was 98.5%, RSD was 0. 6% （ n = 6）. Conclusion The method is sensitive, accurate, reliable and suitable for the determination of the dissolution of Levofloxaein Hydrochloride Tablets. |
