盐酸左氧氟沙星片溶出度测定方法研究

摘    要:目的建立盐酸左氧氟沙星片的溶出度测定方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定盐酸左氧氟沙星片的溶出度,测定波长为293nm。结果盐酸左氧氟沙星质量浓度在2.0~20.0μg/mL范围内与吸收度线性关系良好,r=0.9997(n=6),平均回收率为98.5%,RSD=0.6%(n=6)。结论该方法灵敏、可靠、重现性好,可用于盐酸左氧氟沙星片的溶出度测定。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for determining the dissolution of Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Tablets. Methods The dissolution of Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Tablets was determined by ultraviolet visible speetrophotometry, the wavelength was at 293 nm. Results Levo- floxaein Hydroehloride Tablets presented a good linear relationship within the range of 2.0-20. 0 μg/mL, r =0. 999 7( n =6), the average recovery rate of levofloxacin hydrochloride was 98.5%, RSD was 0. 6% ( n = 6). Conclusion The method is sensitive, accurate, reliable and suitable for the determination of the dissolution of Levofloxaein Hydrochloride Tablets.
