我国北方海域船舶作业人员高血压患病率调查

目的　调查我国北方海域水面船舶作业人员高血压患病率 ,并与不同区域及一般人群高血压患病率比较。方法　对北方海域船舶作业人员按统一标准测量血压。结果　 (1)本组调查人员的高血压总患病率为 10 .36 % ,显著低于 1991年全国血压抽样调查男性患病率 (14.38% ) ,两者有非常显著差异 (P<0 .0 1) ;(2 )高血压总患病率显著高于同属北方的北京地区男性 ,且相应年龄组高血压患病率均显著高于全国的患病率 (P<0 .0 0 1) ;(3)本海域水下作业人员的高血压患病率显著高于热带海域水下作业人员的发病率 (P<0 .0 1)。结论　北方海域水面作业人员高血压患病率与同一地区的其他人群不同 ;同时 ,同样作业人群在不同地区的患病率有所不同 ,应予以重视。

Survey of prevalence rate of hypertension in seamen in the yellow sea and nearby sea waters

Objective To survey the prevalence rate of hypertension in the Yellow Sea and nearby sea waters and to compare it with that in different regions and populations. Methods Blood pressure(BP) was measured with a standardized regime in seamen. Results (1) The overall prevalence rate of hypertension in this set of seamen is 10.36%, which is significantly lower( P <0 01) than that in the male of the national BP survey in 1991(14.38%);(2) The prevalence rate of hypertension in this set is significantly higher than that of the male population in the similar geographic region as Beijing, and the prevalence rate of hypertension of different age groups in this set is significantly higher than that of the male corresponding age groups in the national survey( P <0 001);(3) Prevalence rate of hypertension in the personnel engaged in underwater operations in this sea area is significantly higher than that in the tropical sea area( P <0 01). Conclusions The prevalence rate of hypertension in seamen of the Yellow Sea and nearby sea waters is different from that of the general population in the same region, and is also different from those with same profession in different geographic regions.
