西部一中等城市流动人口生存质量及影响因素分析

摘    要:目的调查分析西部一中等城市流动人口的生存质量及其影响因素。方法抽取412名在四川省南充市顺庆区城区工作3个月以上的非顺庆城区户籍的人口,采用世界卫生组织生存质量测定表(WHOQOL-BREF)对他们的生存质量进行问卷调查。结果流动人口在生理、心理、社会关系及环境领域的生存质量得分均低于国内正常人群。影响生存质量的因素有医保、原住地、经济收入及流动频率(平均流动城市数/平均流动年数)而不包括年龄、性别或婚姻状况。参加与未参加医保的、原住地为城镇与农村的、高($12.00千元/年)与低经济收入的、高(>0.35)与低流动频率的人群相比,前者的生存质量得分分别高3.9%、4.2%、8.5%、4.2%。结论流动人口的生存质量相对较低,经济收入是影响其生存质量的一个关键因素。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the quality of life and its influencing factors in the floating population in a medium-sized western city. Methods 412 people were sampled from the floating population who had worked for more than 3 months in Shunqing district, Nanehong city, Siehuan province, and their quality of life was evaluated by the WHO quality of life questionnaire (WttOQOL-BREF). Results The quality of life scores in the physiological, psychological, social and environmental fields were lower than the scores in the normal Chinese population; the faetors affecting the quality of life included medical insurance, place of birth, income and floating frequeney (the average number of eities in which they had worked away from home, divided by the average years of working) , not including age, sex or marital status. Those eovered by medical insurance, eoming from urban areas, with higher ineome ( 〉 RMB 120007 year) and with larger floating frequency ( 〉 0.35) had quality of life scores 3.9% , 4.2% , 8.5% and 4.2% higher than those without medieal insurance, coming from rural areas, with lower ineome and with smaller floating frequency, respectively. Conclusion The floating population had relatively poorer quality of life; economics was a key factor affeeting their quality of life.
