摘    要:目的检测紫癜性肾炎(HSPN)患儿血、尿巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)水平,探讨其临床意义。方法收集32例HSPN患儿,并以12例健康儿童为对照组,每例儿童均于同一时间点分别收集血、尿标本。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血、尿MIF水平,比较并分析二组结果在统计学上差异。结果HSPN患儿血清MIF水平与健康对照组比较无统计学意义(P〉0.05);而尿MIF水平则显著高于健康对照组(P〈0.01)。结论HSPN患儿存在肾脏对MIF的异常分泌,后者很可能进一步促成HSPN病情进展。

Abstract:Objective To detect the serum and urine levels of macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF)and investigate its clinical significance in children with Henoch-Schoenlein purpura nephritis(HSPN).Methods Thirty-two children with HSPN were collected,and 12 normal children as control group.Serum and urine samples of every child were collected in the same time.MIF levels of serum and urine were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and the difference of 2 groups were compared.Results There were no statistical differences between serum levels of MIF in children with HSPN and those of healthy children(P>0.05),but urine levels of MIF in children HSPN increased significantly than those in normal controls(P<0.01).Conclusion There is anormaly MIF secretion in kidney of children with HSPN,and MIF probably contribute the progression of HSPN.
