空气波压力治疗仪预防妇产科术后下肢深静脉血栓临床分析

目的探讨妇产科术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的有效预防措施。方法回顾性分析2011年10月至2012年10月妇产科手术1 500例患者临床资料,将患者按手术时间分为对照组和治疗组,对照组为2011年10月至2012年4月手术患者,给予传统治疗;治疗组为2012年4月至10月手术患者,在传统治疗基础上加用间歇性气波压力治疗。观察两组下肢深静脉血栓发生率。结果经过气波压力治疗后深静脉血栓发生率为0.60%,明显低于对照组的1.93%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论空气波压力治疗仪可有效预防妇产科手术后下肢深静脉的发生。

Clinical study on significance of air wave pressure therapy in prevention of deep vein thrombosis in lower limbs

Objective To explore an effective measure for prevention of postoperative deep vein thrombosis in lower limbs in patients after gynecological and obstetric operations. Methods The clinical data of 1500 patients accepted gynecological and obstetric operations during October 2011 to October 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into control group and trial group. Patients in control group got operation during October 2011 to April 2012 and accepted traditional treatment. Patients in trial group had performed operation during April 2012 to October 2012 and accepted air wave pressure therapy in addition to the traditional treatment. The incidence rates of deep venous thrombosis in lower limbs between these two groups were observed and compared. Results There were 8 cases （0.60%） diagnosed as deep venous thrombosis after opera- tion in trial group, and these figures were significantly lower than those of control group （ 1.93 % , P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The application of air wave pressure therapy can effectively prevent deep vein thrombosis in lower limbs of patients after gynecological and obstetric operations.
