试论白内障无障碍创建过程中的青光眼白内障联合手术

目的在白内障无障碍省创建活动中,针对永城市人民医院所作青光眼白内障联合手术术中术后的情况分析,总结了避免这些并发症出现的方法及经验。方法作巩膜瓣下小梁切除联合囊外白内障摘出及人工晶状体植入白内障青光眼联合手术。结果随访3个月,裸眼视力0.05～0.25者7眼（31.82%）;0.3～0.5者16眼（54.83%）;0.6以上者14眼（3.49%）;术后平均眼压（15.12±3.42）mmHg（1 mmHg=0.133 kPa）,与术前平均眼压（26.501±4.92）mmHg比较有了明显下降,差异有统计学意义。结论青光眼白内障联合手术患者反应轻、并发症少、速度快、效果好,是基层医院白内障复明工程中治疗白内障合并青光眼的一种低成本有效的方法。

On the accessibility of the creation process of cataract glaucoma and cataract operation

Objective The author of this article by the people＇s Hospital of Yongcheng city for glaucoma and cataract glaucoma combined with cataract operation.Methods In postoperative cases were collected and analyzed,summarized accordingly avoid complications methods and experience.Results after a follow-up of 3 months,visual acuity 0.05-0.25 in 7 eyes（31.82%）;0.3 0.5 in 16 eyes（54.83%）;more than 0.6 in 14 eyes（3.49%）;Compared with the preoperative level（26.501±4.92） mmHg（I mmHg = 0.133 KPa）,the mean postoperative intraocular pressure（15.12±3.42） mmHg decreased significantly,and there was significant difference.Conclusion combined cataract and glaucoma operation with less adverse reactions,less complications,quick speed,good effect,is the primary hospital cataract project in the treatment of cataract combined with glaucoma in a low cost and effective method.
