旋扳复位法治疗颈性高血压30例

[目的]探讨旋扳复位法对治疗颈性高血压的临床疗效。[方法]30例高血压患者,运用定位旋扳手法治疗配合手法整复(滚法,拇指揉法,两点一面提捏法)、点按枕外隆凸旁及枕后小肌肉,治疗30d判定疗效。[结果]治愈14例,好转13例,未愈3例,总有效率89.90%。[结论]旋扳复位法对治疗颈性高血压疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Rotary Spanner Reduction Method for the Treatment of Cervical Hypertension 30 Cases

[Objective] To probe into the rotary spanner reduction method in the treatment of Cervical Hypertension Clinical Curative effect.[Methods] 30 cases of hypertension patients,using positioning rotary pulling manipulation therapy combined with manipulative reduction(by rolling,thumb kneading method,two side provide pinch method),according to the external occipital protuberance and occipital small muscle,the curative effect of treatment of 30D.[Results] 14 cases were cured,13 cases improved,3 cases failed,the total efficiency of 89.90%.[Conclusion] Rotary spanner reduction method in the treatment of Cervical Hypertension curative effect remarkable,worthy of clinical application.
