局麻加骶管光注射下三维整脊结合推拿牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

目的探讨局麻加骶管光注射下三维整脊结合推拿牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出的临床效果。方法 2008年4月至2011年12月间收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者30例,随机分为两组,治疗组15例患者给予骶裂孔注射、突出椎间盘周围关节局部麻醉配合快速牵引,对照组15例患者予以单纯行快速牵引,对比观察治疗效果。结果治疗组治愈7例(46.7%),好转6例(40.0%),无效2例(13.3%),有效率为86.7%;对照组治愈4例(26.7%),好转7例(46.7%),无效4例(26.7%),有效率为73.3%。两组的有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加骶管注射下三维整脊治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果相较于单纯快速牵引更佳。

Clinical effect of three-dimensional chiropractic therapy under local anesthesia and sacral canal injection in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of three - dimensional chiropractic therapy under local anesthesia combined with sacral injection in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods From April 2008 to December 2011,30 cases of lumbar disc herniation trea- ted in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group （ n = 15 ） and control group （ n = 15 ）. The patients in treatment group received rap- id traction under sacral hiatus injection and local anesthesia of peripheral joints adjacent to protruded intervertebral disc. The patients in control group were treated with simple rapid traction. The clinical effect of the treatment was observed. Results In treatment group 7 cases （46.7 % % ） were cured, 6 （40.0%） were improved, and 2 （13.3%） were invalid, the effective rate was 86.7% ; in control group 4 cases （26.7%） were cured, 7 （46.7%） were improved, and 4 （ 26.7% ） were invalid, the effective rate was 73.3%. There was significant difference in effective rate between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Compared with simple rapid traction, three - dimensional chiropractic treatment under local anesthesia and sacral canal injection combination for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is more effective
