中西医结合治疗慢性前列腺炎70例临床观察

目的:观察分析中西医结合治疗慢性前列腺炎患者的临床效果。方法:将本院收治的140例慢性前列腺炎患者平均分为观察组与治疗组,每组各70例,观察组行抗生素+α-受体阻滞剂+非甾体抗炎镇痛药+中药治疗;对照组行抗生素+α-受体阻滞剂+非甾体抗炎镇痛药治疗,1个月后观察有效率。结果:观察组总有效率92.86%,对照组总有效率78.57%。两组治疗前后白细胞差异不具有统计学差异,观察组卵磷脂小体数量增加量与对照组相比具有统计学差异(P0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性前列腺炎效果好,值得临床推广使用。

Clinical observation on treating 70 cases of chronic prostatitis in the integrative medicine

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of integrative medicine in treating chronic prostatitis. Methods： 140 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 70 patients in each group. The treated group was given antibiotics, α- receptor paralysor, non-sterides anti-inflammatory analgesic and TCM treatment, while the control group was treated without TCM. The total effective rate was investigated after a month. Results： The total effective rates of the treated group and the control group were 92.86% and 78.57%, respectively. No significant differences were detected in leucocyte between the two groups, but the increment of lecithin corpuscles in the treated group was significant different with the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The integrative medicine was effective in treating chronic prostatitis, worthy of clinical application.
