高剂量率分割间质内放射治疗脑胶质瘤48例临床结果分析

我们采用高剂量率分割照射方法对４８例位于手术难以切除部位或经综合治疗复发的病人进行间质内放射治疗。本文对治疗中常见的并发症，近期治疗效果（肿瘤体积变化，肿瘤消退速度以及临床症状），远期疗效（平均生存期，一年生存率）等进行分析。结果提示：脑放射损伤是本技术的主要并发症；本方法对手术难以切除的脑深部肿瘤是一种有效治疗手段，对经综合治疗复发的病人，延长生存期可达半年。

Clinical outcome of HDR fractionated interstitial brachytherapy in 48 gliomatic patients

High dose rate (HDR) fractionated interstitial brachytherapy was carried out in 48 gliomas patients including surgical inaccessible tumors and recurrence after combined treatment. This report mainly conce rued with the clinical analysis of side effects, short term results including tumor volume changes, tumor regression speed and dimeal improvement, and mean survival and one year survival rate. The preliminary results demonstrated that: (1) the most important side effect was radio-induced brain injury, (2) this technique was an effective modality of treatment for deep-seated gliomas, (3) half a year prolongation of survival time could be obtained in recurrent cases.
