小儿隐匿阴茎的诊断与治疗

目的 探讨小儿隐匿阴茎的病因和病理改变，了解治疗隐匿阴茎的手术方法。方法 对２４例隐匿阴茎患儿的５种手术方法（Ｓｈｉｒａｋｉ术、Ｊｏｈｎｓｔｏｎ术、改良Ｊｏｈｎｓｔｏｎ术、改良Ｓｈｉｒａｋｊ－Ｊｏｈｎｓｔｏｎ术和Ｍａｉｚｅｌｓ术）及治疗情况进行回顾性分析。结果 ２０例矫正效果满意，２例症状好转，２例（Ｓｈｉｒａｋｉ术１例，改良Ｊｏｈｎｓｔｏｎ术１例）阴茎显露及阴茎外形均欠满意，再次行Ｊｏｈｎｓｔｏ

Dignosis and surgical treatment of concealed Penis in children

To probe into the cause, pathological changes and operative methods ofconcealed penis in children. Methds: Five operative methods (Shiraki' operation, Johnston,Modified Johnston', Modified Shiraki-Johnston', Maiziles' ) were analyzed retrospectly in 24 casesof concealed Penis. Results: 20 cases acquired better effect and 2 cases were improved. Reoperation (with Johnston'and Maisiles' operation) were performed on 2 cases because of unsatisfactory.Conclusions: Concealed penis is common in obese children. It is characteristic of the skin isunattached to the Penile shaft and demonstrate no deficiency of penis skin while erecting. It may berelated to dysgenetic fibrous bands on the dorsal of the penis. Fixation of the skin at the base ofthe Penis is main surgical procedures.
