椎管肿瘤的诊断与治疗(附106例报告)

目的总结脊髓髓内肿瘤的诊断与治疗的经验。方法回顾分析106例椎管肿瘤的病史资料。结果颈段肿瘤24例,胸段56例,腰骶段26例,其中多发9例;髓外93例,髓内13例。均例行手术治疗。手术全切除肿瘤95例（89.6%）。出院时神经功能稳定或改善101例,加重5例。结论手术治疗是目前治疗椎管肿瘤的最有效措施,显微手术结合术中神经电生理监护技术及术中超声成像技术可最大程度地保留患者的神经功能,改善患者的预后。

Diagnosis and treatment of intraspinal tumors

Objective To summarize the experience of diagnosis and management of intraspinal tumors.Methods The database of 106 patients with intraspinal tumor treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University were analyzed retrospectively.Results The lesions were located in cervical,thoracic,lumbosacral and multi-segmental levels in 24,56,26 and 9 cases respectively.And among them,93 were extramedullary and 13 were intramedullary.All cases were treated by surgeon.Total tumor removal was performed in 95 patients.The neurological function improved or was the same as pre-operation in 101cases,deteriorated in 5 compared with pre-operation.Conclusion Up to now,microsurgical treatment was one of effective measures.The application of hemilaminectomy technique together with intraoperative neurophysiology monitoring and ultrasonagraphy were helpful.
