藻酸双酯钠治疗缺血性脑血管疾病100例

缺血性脑血管疾病100例(男60例,女40例;年龄55±s11a)用藻酸双酯钠(PSS)1-3mg/kg,加入10％葡萄糖液500mL,iv,静滴,30滴/min,qd,15d为一个疗程。1-3个疗程后改PSS片,50mg,tid,po,维持治疗。另设对照组50例用曲克芦丁治疗。结果:PSS治疗组总有效率96％;曲克芦丁组为90％(经ridit分析P<0.01)。25例脑梗死患者经PSS治疗后血液流变学与血脂均有显著改善(P<0.05-0.01)。

Ischemic cerebral vascular disease treated with polysaccharide sulfate in 100 patients

A hundred patients (M 60, F 40; age 55 + s 11 a) with ischemic cerebral vascular disease (ICVD) were treated with polysaccharide sulfate (PSS) 1-3 mg/kg in 500 mL glucose solution iv qd, 30 drops/min, 15 d as a course; after 1-3 course of treatment, oral PSS tablets 50 rag, tid, was used as maintenance dose. The other 50 patients with similar disease were treat id wjth troxerutin 10-20 mg/kg in 500 mL glucose solution iv qd, 40 drops/min, 15 d as a course as control group, after 1-3 courses of treatment, oral troxerutin tablets 200 mg, tid, was used as maintenance dose. Results revealed that the response rates were 96% in PSS group and 90% in control group (P<0.01). Twenty five patients with cerebral infarction in each group were improved in both hemorlieological parameters and blood lipid level (P<0.05-0.01).
