摘    要:目的:了解温州市护士留职意愿,为留住护理人才提供理论参考。方法:采用Leanne Cowin编制的留职意愿量表对温州市医疗机构461名护理人员进行问卷调查。结果:温州市医疗机构护理人员的留职意愿处于中度水平,经多元回归分析,收入满意度对护士留职意向具有正向预测作用(P〈0.001)。结论:温州市医疗机构护理人员的留职意愿处于中度水平。提升护士的收入满意度有助于提升护士留职意愿水平,同时应关注对护师留职意愿的培育及重视对聘用护士的培养与使用。

An Investigational Analysis of the Will of 461 Nurses Stay at their Posts

Abstract:Objective:To learn about the will of Wenzhou nurses stay at their posts and to provide reference for the retention of nurses. Method:461 nurses in wenzhou medical service institutions were questionnaired with Nurse Retention Table developed by Leanne Cowin. Resuit:The will of nurses stay is at moderate level, and multiple regression shows that salary satisfaction has a positive effect on nurse retention (P〈0.001).Conclusion:The issue of nurse retention needs special attention in Wenzhou medical institutions. Increasing nurses' salary satisfaction may be an effective.strategy to solve the problem.
