| 摘 要： | 应用放射免疫法对113例脑血管病患者的血小板相关抗体进行了测定,发现脑血栓形成和脑动脉硬化患者的血小板相关抗体明显高于正常对照组,有显著性差异.提示血小板相关抗体对血小板和血管内皮细胞的免疫损伤作用可能是脑血栓形成的重要原因.

| Abstract: | Determination of platelet-associated IgG (PAIgG) levels were cerried ont in 29 patients with cerebral atherosclerosis(AS)and 84 patients wiith cerebrovasoular disease. Among these 84 patients, 49 were with cerebral thrombosis and 35 with cerebral hemorrhage. The levels of PAIgG in the group of patients with AS and cerebral thrombosis were found significantly higher than those in the controll group (P<0.05; P<0.01). While, there were no great changes in PAIgG in the group of patients with cerebral hemorrhage (P>0.05). It is suggested that the high level of PAIgG might be an importance factor in the formation of cerebral thrombosis. |
