| 摘 要： | 目的通过事件相关电位(ERP)检测,探讨抑郁症患者的执行功能。方法对22例抑郁症患者(观察组)和20例健康者(对照组)进行ERP检测,受试者需对稀有声刺激执行按键反应(代表Go反应),对标准声刺激不执行按键反应(代表Nogo反应),从Nogo反应中可获得Nogo-P_(300)波形,Nogo-N_2、Nogo_P_3即出现于Nogo-ERP波形中,对Nogo-N_2、Nogo-P_3的潜伏期、波幅进行比较。结果同对照组相比,观察组Nogo-N_2、Nogo_P_3潜伏期延长,波幅降低,2组相比差别均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论Nogo-P_(300)可为抑郁症患者提供执行功能的依据。
