孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿变异性哮喘疗效分析

目的探讨孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法选择2009年11月至2010年6月收治的变异性哮喘患者100例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上采用孟鲁司特钠治疗,比较两组患儿的疗效、肺功能改善、住院时间。结果治疗组、对照组的总有效率分别为92.0%和72.0%,治疗组显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的用力呼气流量(PEFR),25%、50%、75%肺活量最大呼气流速(FRF)的改善均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且治疗组的住院时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿变异性哮喘疗效满意,值得临床推广。

Clinical study on efficacy of montelukast sodium in treatment of pediatric patients with variant asthma

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of montelukast sodium in treatment of pediatric patients with variant asthma.Methods One hundred pediatric patients with variant asthma in this hospital during November 2009 to June 2010 were randomly divided into trial group and control group.Patients in control group were treated with conventional treatment,and patients in trial group were given with montelukast sodium plus conventional treatment.The clinical efficacy,improvement in lung functions and duration of hospitalization between these two groups were compared.Results The total rates of efficacy in trial group and control group were 92.0 % and 72.0 % respectively,and the efficacy in trial group was significantly better than that of control group（P 〈 0.05）.The improvement in PEFR（peak expiratory flow rate） and 25%,50% and 75% of FRF of patients in trial group after treatment was significantly better than that of patients in control group（P 〈 0.05）.The duration of hospitalization in patients of trial group was significantly shorter than that of patients in control group（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The efficacy of montelukast sodium in treatment of pediatric patients with variant asthma is satisfactory,and it is worthy to be recommended for clinical application.
