摘    要:目的探讨脑震荡患者血清神经元特异性烯化酶(NSE)的变化及其临床意义。方法用酶联免疫吸附测试法测定52例脑震荡患者和30例健康体检者血清NSE水平。结果脑震荡患者在伤后24 h内血清NSE浓度明显高于对照组(P<0.01),经治疗后浓度有降低。结论血清中NSE的检测可反映出脑组织的损伤情况,可作为脑震荡诊断中的神经生化学指标。

Investigation of the serum neuron specific enolase in patients with brain concussion and its clinical significance

Abstract:Objective To investigate the change of serum neuron specific enolase(NSE) in patients with brain concussion and its clinical significance.Methods serum NSE levels were determined using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in 52 patients with brain concussion and 30 healthy cases.Results Serum NSE concentrations were significantly higher in patients with brain concussion 24 h after injury than those in control group(P0.01),after treatment NSE level was reduced.Conclusion Serum NSE detection may reflect brain injury.It can be served as a biomarker for the diagnosis of brain concussion.
