卡铂加多西环素胸腔内用药治疗癌性胸腔积液54例临床分析

目的观察卡铂加多西环素胸腔内用药治疗癌性胸腔积液患者的临床效果及不良反应。方法 54例癌性胸腔积液患者,随机分为两组。治疗组32例,胸腔内留置中心静脉导管引流后,治疗组予注入卡铂100 mg、多西环素500 mg(溶于50 ml 0.9%氯化钠溶液),每周1次,共4次。对照组22例,予卡铂100 mg+0.9%氯化钠溶液50 ml,每周1次,1个疗程为4次。观察两组疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组有效率为87.5%,对照组有效率为59.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未见严重不良反应。结论卡铂加多西环素用于胸腔引流后胸腔内注射对于控制癌性胸腔积液疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

Study on efficacy of intrapleural cavity perfusion of carboplatin combined with doxycycline in treatment of malignant pleural effusion

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect and side effects of intrapleural cavity injection of carboplatin and doxycycline in treatment of patients with malignant pleural effusion after chest tube drainage.Methods 54 patients with malignant pleural effusion patients were randomly divided into two groups,In trial group,32 patients with malignant pleural efusion,after chest drainage,were injected with doxycycline and carboplatin into pleural cavity once a week for 4 weeks,and 22 patients in control group were only injected with carboplatin once a week for 4 weeks.The efficacy and adverse reactions of patients in both groups were evaluated.Results The response rate in trial group was higher than that of control group（P0.05）.The adverse reactions of drugs in both groups were tolerated.Conclusion The intrapleural cavity injection of carboplatin and doxycycline in treatment of malignant pleural effusion is effective,and it is worthy to be recommended for further clinical application.
