人工双极股骨头置换术治疗老年性股骨颈骨折

摘    要:目的 探讨老年性股骨颈骨折的有效治疗方法.方法 2009年1月至2010年12月采用人工双极股骨头置换术治疗老年性股骨颈骨者32例.采用骨水泥型假体22例,生物型假体10例,从后外侧入路12例和外侧小切口入路20例进行双极股骨头置换术.结果 全部病例获得随访,随访12~30个月,无感染及假体松动病例,早期脱位1例,发生深静脉血栓1例.结论 人工双极头置换术治疗老年性股骨颈骨折具有手术创伤小、功能恢复快等优点,是一种很好的治疗方法.

Abstract:Objective To explore the effective method for treatment of femoral neck fracture in senile patients. Methods The surgery of artificial bipolar femoral head replacement had been performed in 32 senile cases of femoral neck fracture in this hospital during January 2009 to December 2010. Among them, 22 cases used bone cement prosthesis and 10 cases applied with biological prosthesis. Twelve eases were performed with posterolateral approach and 20 cases were performed by using small lateral incision for bipolar femoral head replacement. Results All these cases were followed - up for 12 ~ 30 months without occurrence of infection and prosthesis loosening. Dislocation was occurred in 1 case at early stage, and deep venous thrombosis was happened in 1 case. Conclusion Artificial bipolar head replacement for treatment of senile femoral neck fracture has advantages of minimal invasion and rapid functional recovery, and it is a kind of better treatment method.
