深圳宝安区脑卒中患者对社区康复的认知需求状况调查分析

目的调查分析脑卒中患者对社区康复认知需求状况。方法在取得患者及家属同意的情况下,采用调查问卷的形式对深圳市宝安区33社区脑卒中患者及家属进行问卷调查,收集资料完全后分析患者及家属对社区康复的认知状况与需求状况,并进行统计学处理。结果分析调查问卷发现,脑卒中患者及家属对社区康复的知晓率较低,知晓者仅占2.46%,比较知晓及一般知晓者占40.49%,不大知晓及不知晓者占57.04%;社区康复需求方面心理支持需求11.27%、日常活动支持需求17.96%、后遗症应对支持需求27.64%、并发症支持需求16.20%,其他方面需求26.93%,其中以后遗症应对支持需求比率最高。结论深圳宝安区脑卒中患者及家属对社区康复知晓率较低,而需求较高,尤以后遗症应对支持需求最明显,社区康复具有可行性,应全面开展。

Study on survey of cognitive needs in community-based rehabilitation of stroke patients in Bao'an District of Shenzhen

Objective To survey and analyze the cognitive demands in community -based rehabihtation of stroke patients in Bao＇an District, Shenzhen. Methods Under the consent of patients and their families, the application of questionnaires in survey of 33 stroke patients and their families in community of Baoan District in Shenzhen had been carried out in order to collect information on cognitive needs in commtmity - based rehabilitation of patients and their families, and these data after collection were statistically analyzed. Results Analysis of these questionnaires demonstrated that the awareness of community based rehabilitation in stroke patients and their families was very low, only 2.46% of them were wholly aware, general awareness was accounted for 40.49%, but less awareness and unawareness were accounted for 57.04%. The demands for psychological support in community - based rehabihtation accounted for 11.27%, and demands in support of daily activity accounted for 17.96%, and demands in support for treatment of se- quel accounted for 27.64%, demands in support for complications accounted for 16.20%, and demands in other needs in 4 areas accounted for 26.93%, and the demands in support for complications being the highest proportion. Condusion The awareness of community based rehabihtation of stroke pa- tients in Bacan District, Shenzhen is low, but demands for support especially in support for sequel, hence the community -based rehabihtation is feasi- ble, and it should be fully implemented.
