超声心动图对缺血性心肌病和扩张型心肌病的鉴别诊断

目的:探讨超声心动图对缺血性心肌病和扩张型心肌病的鉴别诊断。方法:选取确诊的缺血性心肌病和扩张型心肌病患者各40例,分别应用超声心动图进行检查,比较两组病例在心脏形态结构指标、血流动力学指标与及心功能指标等方面的差异。结果:应用超声心动图鉴别诊断缺血性心肌病和扩张型心肌病患者各40例,将诊断结果与回访结果进行比较,两组病例的诊断符合率均超过90%。结论:在缺血性心肌病和扩张型心肌病患者的鉴别诊断中,超声心动图的应用具有重要的临床价值,而且为临床诊治工作提供了科学的参考,适于在各类型医院中推广。

Echocardiography in the differential diagnosis of ischemic cardiomyopathy and dilated cardiomyopathy

Objective To explore the ultrasound heartbeat graph of ischemic cardiomyopathy and dilated cardiomyopathy in the differential diagnosis of.Methods the hospital clinical with ischemic cardiomyopathy and dilated cardiomyopathy patients 40 cases each,respectively,application of ultrasonic heartbeat graph are examined,compares two groups of case of illness in the heart structure index,hemodynamics and cardiac function indexes and other differences.Results The application of ultrasonic heartbeat of differential diagnosis of ischemic cardiomyopathy and dilated cardiomyopathy patients in all 40 cases,the diagnosis result and return Results were compared in two groups,the diagnostic accordance rate of more than 90%.Conclusion In patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy and dilated cardiomyopathy in the differential diagnosis,ultrasound heartbeat graph application has important clinical value for clinical diagnosis and treatment,and to provide a scientific reference for all types of hospitals,in promotion.
