复方血栓通胶囊与氯沙坦钾联合治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效观察

目的 观察复方血栓通胶囊与氯沙坦钾联合治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床疗效.方法 将 80 例 DN患者随机分为治疗组 42 例和对照组 38 例,两组均予常规降糖治疗,氯沙坦钾口服每次50 mg,1 次/d.治疗组予复方血栓通胶囊,1.5 g/次,3 次/d,连续服用3个月为 1 个疗程,2 个疗程结束后评定效果.结果 两组24 h尿蛋白、血肌酐(SCr)、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HAlc)治疗后与治疗前比较差异显著(P<0.05);治疗组血液流变学各项指标较治疗前下降(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后无明显变化(P＞0.05);治疗组治疗后24 h 尿蛋白、SCr 、血液流变学与对照组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 复方血栓通胶囊与氯沙坦钾联合应用治疗DN,在减少尿蛋白、改善肾功能方面明显优于单用氯沙坦钾组,提示两药合用在延缓DN 进展方面能够发挥各自优势,起到协同作用.

Study on therapeutic effectiveness of Xueshuantong Capsules plus Losartan in treatment of esrly diabetic nephropathy

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Xueshuantong Capsules plus Losartan in treating patients with early diabetic nephoropathy（DN）.Methods A total of 80 patients with DN were randomly assigned to trial group（n = 38） or control group（n = 42）.Patients in control group was treated with common hypoglycemic agents plus 50 mg Losartan per os qd;patients in trial group received not only the same drugs as in control group,but also received 1.5 g Xueshuantong Capsules per os tid.for 2 courses（1 course = 90 days）.Results 24 h urine protein quantitative examination,SCr,BUN,hemorrheological parameters,CHOL and TG had no significant difference between pre-therapy and post-therapy in these two groups（P 〈 0.05）.After treatment,significant differences was noted in 24h urine protein quantitative examination,SCr and hemorrheological parameters between trial group and control group（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Combination of Xueshuantong Capsules and Losartan showed a better efficacy than Losartan alone in reducing urine protein and improving renal function in patients with early DN,thus it indicates the synergistic effect of these two drugs in delaying the progress of early DN.
