针刺配合康复训练治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征的疗效观察

目的 观察针刺结合康复训练治疗脑血管病后肩手综合征的临床效果.方法 62例脑血管病后肩手综合征患者随机均分为两组,治疗组采用针刺配合康复训练治疗,对照组只采用康复训练治疗,总共治疗5周.治疗前后均进行疗效评定和日常生活能力修订的巴氏指数(MBI)评定.结果 治疗组总有效率(94.55%)明显高于对照组(74.19%),MBI评分也高于对照组,两组比较差异显著(P<0.01).结论 针刺结合康复训练治疗卒中后肩手综合征疗效优于单纯康复训练,值得临床推广应用.

Study on acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in treatment of shoulder hand syndrome after stroke.Methods Sixty two patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke were randomly divided into 2 groups,and 31 patients in each group.Patients in trial group were treated by acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training,and patients in control group were only applied with rehabilitation training.The clinical therapeutic effectiveness was evaluated with Modified Barthel Index（MBI） after treatment for 5 weeks.Results The total effective rate of patients in trial group（94.55%） was higher than that of patients in control group（74.19%）,The scores of MBI in trial group were also higher than those of control group,and the difference between these two group was statistically significant（P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in treatment of patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke is better than simple rehabilitation training.So it is worthy to be recommended for clinical application.
