微探头超声内镜诊断直肠类癌的临床价值

目的探讨微探头超声内镜(MPS)诊断直肠类癌的价值。方法 21直肠隆起的患者行MPS检查,并行病理学检查。结果 3例为直肠类癌,MPS表现为低回声改变,起源于黏膜层或黏膜下层,18例为直肠息肉,MPS表现为强回声改变,起源于黏膜层。结论 MPS下直肠类癌与常见的直肠息肉表现明显不同,具有鉴别诊断价值。

The significance of miniature probe scanner in diagnosis of rectal carcinoid tumor

Objectives To explore the significance of miniature probe scanner（MPS）in diagnosis of rectal carcinoid tumor.Methods Twenty-one patients with bulgy lesions in rectum detected by miniature probe scanner（MPS） were diagnosed with endoscopic biopsy and pathological examination.Results Among them,3 cases were diagnosed as rectal carcinoid tumor,and 18 cases were diagnosed as rectal polyposis.The ultrasonography of rectal carcinoid tumor manifested as lesions with hillock or hemispheric low level echoes,which originated from mucosa or submucosa.Rectal polyps were presented as mucosal mass with high level echoes.Conclusion The characteristics of MPS between rectal carcinoid tumor and rectal polyp have distinct difference,and this study can validate the value of MPS in differential diagnosis.
