生物膜对治疗腮腺涎瘘的影响分析

摘    要:目的:探讨生物膜对治疗腮腺涎瘘的影响。方法:将腮腺肿物区域切除术患者80例根据随机原则,分为治疗组40例,对照组40例,所有病例均施行手术,治疗组在此基础上应用生物膜治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为87.5%,对照组有效率为70.0%,治疗组的临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组治疗后静态唾液流率与手术前相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组有明显下降(P<0.05)。手术后治疗组肿瘤侧刺激腮腺液流率与术前相比显著减少(P<0.05),非肿瘤侧刺激腮腺液流率与术前相比无明显变化。对照组手术前后刺激腮腺液流率对比都无明显变化。结论:生物膜应用于腮腺涎瘘的治疗能提高治疗效果,减少唾液流率,值得推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the impact of biofilms on the treatment of parotid salivary fistula.Methods Parotid tumor regional resection 80 cases were equally randomly divided into treatment group and the control group,all patients were given surgery,and the treatment group were added given biofilm treatment.Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5%,so that was 70.0% in the control group(P<0.05).The control group after treatment of salivary flow rate and static compared to before operation,the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05),the treatment group decreased significantly(P<0.05).After surgery,the tumor side of the treatment group to stimulate the parotid flow rate compared with the preoperative a significant reduction(P<0.05),non-tumor side of the stimulus was no significant change in the parotid flow rate and the preoperative.Stimulate the parotid flow rate in the control group before and after surgery compared no significant change.Conclusion The biofilm used in the treatment of parotid salivary fistula can improve the therapeutic effect,reducing the salivary flow rate should be widely applied.
