摘    要:目的制备渴消灵口服液,并建立质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法,鉴别黄芪、黄精和何首乌3味药材。结果黄芪、黄精和何首乌的薄层鉴别斑点清晰,重现性好。结论渴消灵口服液制备工艺合理,质量控制方法可行。

Abstract:Objective: To study preparation and establish the quality control methods of Kexiaoling Oral liquid. Methods The drug was identified by TLC. Results The chromatographic spots of the three ingredients were distinct. Conclusion Preparation procedures of Kexiaoling Oral Liquid were rational. These methods could be used for the quality control of Kexiaoling Oral Liquid.
