血塞通联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察

目的]观察血塞通联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法]将85例分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予奥扎格雷钠80mg/日,治疗组在此基础上加用血塞通0.8g/日,连续14日。观察两组治疗前后临床神经功能缺损程度较治疗前有所改善(P<0.05),但治疗组改善更明显(P<0.05)。治疗14日后临床疗效评价,治疗组总有效率(87.5%)较对照组(67.5%)差异有显著性(P<0.05)。两组治疗后纤维蛋白原含量均比治疗前有显著下降(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组比较有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论]血塞通联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死效果明显。

Ozagrel Sodium Sodium Xuesaitong Combined Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective ] To observe the combined Ozagrel sodium Xuesaitong the clinical efficacy of the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. The two groups after treatment than that before treatment fibrinogen concentration decreased significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The treatment group compared with the control group significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ] Ozagrel sodium Xuesaitong combined effect of the treatment of acute cerebral infarction significantly, treatment of cerebral infarction effect is remarkable.
