球形幽门螺杆菌体外细胞粘附性研究球形Hp系列研究之一

摘    要:通过采用延长培养时间和亚抑菌浓度抗生素的作用,使幽门螺杆菌(Hp)发生球形变异。电镜下观察球形Hp结构,并对球形Hp进行尿素酶活性测定和Hep-2细胞粘附试验,电镜下计算粘附率、粘附指数、侵袭率、侵袭指数。结果表明球形Hp具有完整的细胞壁,它不是L型细菌,尿素酶活性降低或消失,细胞粘附能力减弱,侵袭力与正常Hp无差异。以上两种方法诱变产生的球形Hp对细胞的粘附能力无差异。

Abstract:The coccoid forms of H. pylori,which were transformed from bacillary by prolonged incubation or exposure in antibiotics with subinhibitory concentrations,were involved in this study.We found that the coccoid H.pylori didn't belong to L type bacteria,as its cell wall was observed to be integrated by transmission electron microscopy.We also testified that the urease activity of coccoid H. pylori was decreased or lost,and the ability of H.pylori to adhere to epithelial cells was abated obviously.The results suggested that the pathogenic power of coccoid H.pylori was weakened,although the invading capability was constant.
