| 摘 要： | 70年代以来 ,人们用胰蛋白酶 (ｔｒｙｐｓｉｎ)的组织酶 1998年 ,Ｐｅｒｅｉｒａ等3] 解决了人 β -类胰蛋白酶的晶体结构 ,为一指环状同源四聚体。每个四聚体有如舒张支气管的神经肽、血管活性肠肽 (ｖａｓｏａｃｔｉｖｅｉｎ ｔｅｓｔｉｎａｌｐｅｐｔｉｄｅ ,ＶＩＰ)和组氨酸甲硫氨酸肽 (ｐｅｐｔｉｄｅｈｉｓ 的气道平滑肌和成纤维细胞负担增加有关 ,由于肌细胞和成纤维细胞10 ] 的增生 ,这可能与哮喘病人以上提到的β -类胰蛋白酶的可能作用外 ,过敏性疾病病人体内含量的升高也引起了人们的注意。使用(ＫＩＴＷ/ＫＩＴＷ -ｖ)中…

| Abstract: | Thyptase,a predominant serine protease in mast cells,is released by mast cell degranulation in an enzymatically active form.Recent research suggests that ttyptase plays important roles in mast cell mediated anaphylaxis,angiogenesis,initiation and promotion of neoplasm.This paper reviews tryptase's struture,molecular biology,biochemistry,processing,activation and its relationship with diseases. |
