广西扶绥县1988～1997 年肝癌发病趋势和生存率分析

 目的　对广西扶绥县 1 988～1997年肝癌发病率和生存率进行统计分析 ,为制定肝癌防治规划和评价防治效果提供依据。方法　按国际疾病分类第 9次修订版 (ICD- 9)进行恶性肿瘤 3位数目编码。用 1 990年人口普查资料中的人口构成推算年龄组人口数。用中国标准人口 (1 990 )计算标化发病率。结果　 1988～ 1997年扶绥县肝癌发病率和标化发病率分别为 51 .0 3/1 0万和 57.64/1 0万 ;肝癌占全部恶性肿瘤的 58.71 % ,居首位 ;年龄别发病率随年龄的增长而上升 ;男性发病率显著高于女性 ,性比值为 5.1 3:1。 1 0年间肝癌发病率的变化不明显。肝癌患者 1 ,2 ,3和 5年生存率分别为7.56% ,0 .84% ,0 .1 5%和 0 .0 5%。结论　扶绥县肝癌发病率仍处于较高水平 ;但肝癌发病率相对稳定 ,不跟随广西乃至全国肝癌发病明显增加而上升 ,并且与 70年代资料比较呈下降趋势。这与该县多年来积极开展肝癌综合防治有密切关系。

Analysis on IncidenceTrend and Survival Rate of Primary Liver Cancer in Fusui County of Guangxi,during 1988

Objective Incidence rate and survival rate of primary liver cancer(PLC) during 1988~1997 among residents in Fusui county of Guangxi were analyzed to provided scientistic basis for drawing up programme and evaluating efficiency on proventing and treating PLC.Methods The cases with carcinoma were coded according to the 3|digit rubrics of ninth revision of the Intenational Classification of Diseases(ICD|9). Population of age|groups was estimated with population structure from scesus in 1990. Age|standardized incidence were calculated, using China standard population(1990).Results The incidence and standardized incidence were 51.03/10 5 and 57.64/10 5 in Fusui county during 1988~1997,respectively. Age|specific incidences rose as age increased.Sex|specific incidence rates were higher in male than in female .Incidence trend hadn't varied obviously over the ten|year period. Survival rates about 1,2,3 and 5years were 7.56%,0.84%,0.15%and 0.05% in turns.Conclusion Incidence rates of primary liver cancer had still been higher level,not increased and declined evidently. But it increased in Guangxi or in China. That was closely associated with carrying out active prevention of PLC in Fusuxi.
