| Abstract: | The indication of D2.5 lymphadenectomy is gastric cancer with the second station lymph nodes metastasis.In this article,the surgical techniques and skills of D 2.5 lymphadenectomy is expatiated,and its therapeutic effect is evaluated based on related literatures and the author＇s experiences. |
