| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨俯卧位辅助治疗早产儿呼吸暂停的疗效。方法 将近年NICU收治的69例患儿随机分为两组，治疗组30例，采用俯卧头侧位体位疗法，头部抬高150，每天俯卧位时间≥16h，两组其他治疗方法相同，均采用多功能监护仪监护，设置呼吸暂停报警，观察临床疗效。结果 治疗组疗效优于对照组，经Ridit分析，差异有显著性，治疗组呼吸暂停发作次数、持续时间、消失时间均短于对照组，差异有显著性。结论 俯卧位适宜于早产儿呼吸暂停的治疗，疗效肯定，可在NICU中推广应用。
