经胸多平面三维超声心动图与心室造影测量左室容量和收缩功能的对比研究

探讨经胸多平面三维超声心动图测量左室容量和收缩功能的可靠性。方法在２４例患者中进行经胸二维和经胸多平面三维超声心动图检查，分别采用双平面Ｓｉｍｐｓｏｎ法和ＴｏｍＴｅｃＥｃｈｏＶｉｅｗ计算机成像系统测量左室舒张末期容积（ＥＤＶ）、收缩末期容积（ＥＳＶ）、心搏量（ＳＶ）及射血分数（ＬＶＥＦ），并与单平面左室造影所测结果对比。

Comparison of transthoracic multiplane three-dimensional echocardiography with cineventriculography in the measurement of left ventricular volume and systolic function

Objective To study the reliability of transthoracic multiplane three dimensional echocardiography in the measurement of left ventricular volume and systolic function.Methods Transthoracic two dimensional and multiplane three dimensional echocardiography were performed in 24 patients,the left ventricular EDV,ESV,SV and LVEF were measured by biplane Simpson's method and the Tom Tec Echo View system respectively,and the data were compared with the results of single plane cineventriculography.Results EDV,ESV,SV and LVEF measured by transthoracic two dimensional echocardiography correlated moderately with the results of cineventriculography(r= 0.88 , 0.88 , 0.88 , 0.87 ,respectively),and paired t test showed significant difference between two group of values.While the values measured by transthoracic multiplane three dimensional echocardiography and cineventriculography correlated closely (r= 0.90 , 0.92 , 0.88 , 0.90 ,respectively),and paired t test showed non significant difference between them.Conclusion The transthoracic multiplane three dimensional echocardiography is a relative noninvasive and highly reliable method to quantitatively evaluate left ventricular volume and systolic function.
