| 摘 要： | 全面性癫痫伴热性惊厥附加症（GEFS＋）是一种新的常见的全面性癫痫综合征，具有显著的表型异质性和遗传异质性。有关GEFS＋的基因定位、基因突变的研究正成为癫痫研究的热点问题，尤其对阐明癫痫综合征是一类“离子通道病（channelopathy）”有着重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Generalized epilepsy with febrile seizures plus is a novel and common generalized epilepsy syndromes, with significant genetic and phenotypic heterogeneity. Research on genetic position and mutant of generalized epilepsy with febrile seizures plus has been a hot spot, which has importance in clarifying epilepsy syndrome as a kind of channelopathy. |
