| 摘 要： | IvRe(10mg/kg,20mg/kg)对大鼠再灌注所致的心律失常有对抗作用,能够使再灌注期间心律失常的开始时间推迟,持续时间缩短,并使再灌注期间室性心律失常的发生率明显降低。Re(20mg/kg) 的作用明显优于奎尼丁或哌唑嗪,提示 Re 对心肌再灌性损伤有显著的保护作用。

| Abstract: | Ginsenoside Re(10mg/kg,20mg/kg,iv)was administered 5 min prior to ligation of left anterior descending coronary artery significantly reduced the incidence of arrhythmias of rats during reperfu- sion.It also delayed the onset and shortened the duration of arrhythmias.Quinidine and prazosin. These results indicate that Ginsenoside Re has protective effects to myocardial reperfusion damage. |
